Terms of Service

- I reserve every right to refuse a commission, without giving a reason or explanation.
- payment upfront in full.
- all drawings will be sent via email.
- the commission will generally be finished in 1-2 months time.
- If you want to have a deadline, please tell me first (no charges). Acceptable non-rush order deadline is 2 weeks+
- for rush order, there will be additional 100% charge from your base price.
- for commercial use, there will be additional charges (around 2x ~ 5x depending on the type of usage). PSD files will be provided.
- I can use your commission for my portfolio.
- I can post your commission on my social media. If you don't want me to post it, please tell me in advance!
- you do not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
- you do not hold the right to use the product in any AI-related technology, including submitting for datasets, and any future inventions in the space.=WORKFLOW & REVISIONS=
sketch (up to 3x revisions) -> lineart (no revision) -> coloring (1x revision) -> final editing (minor revision only)=CANCELLATION=
- you can request a cancellation at any time before I provide a sketch.
- should I cancel on you, you will get a refund based on how far along I have finished your commission.
- any disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation without any refund. I will also blast you on my social media.=REFUND POLICY=
- full refund if I haven't done your commission at all in 3 months time.
- full refund only eligible up to finalized sketch.
- 50% refund only eligible up to lineart.
- After that, you cannot get a refund.=UPDATES=
I will provide updates every 2 weeks at the very latest. All communications will be held via emails. If possible, please provide me your twitter account too for backup communication purposes.
